• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Rankvibe platform
• Run AI visibility analyses on your submitted domains
• Generate and store content recommendations for your account
• Send transactional emails and product updates (you can opt out at any time)
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the European Union. Analysis results and generated content are linked to your account and retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.

4. Third-Party Services

Rankvibe integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Groq / Anthropic / OpenAI — AI content generation (your domain data is sent to these services to generate recommendations)
• Shopify — store connection for content publishing (only when you explicitly connect your store)
• Stripe — payment processing

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
