2. Description of Service

Rankvibe is an AI visibility platform that helps e-commerce brands measure and improve how AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, etc.) recommend their products. The Service includes brand analysis, content generation, and Shopify publishing features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Rankvibe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free plan features are available without payment
• Paid plans (Starter $49/mo, Growth $99/mo) are billed monthly or annually
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, deceptive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service beyond its intended use
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit URLs or domains you do not own or have permission to analyze

6. Generated Content

Content generated by Rankvibe using AI models is provided for your use. You own the content you publish, but Rankvibe is not responsible for its accuracy or SEO performance. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication.

7. Shopify Integration

When you connect your Shopify store, you authorize Rankvibe to read store data and publish content on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your Settings page or Shopify admin.

8. Intellectual Property

Rankvibe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rankvibe Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Rankvibe does not guarantee specific improvements in AI visibility scores or revenue. AI engine behavior is outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankvibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
